UD's "Expert Witness" Testimony Available Online
We have posted two letters frow two of the UD's potetial "expert witnesses" on the download site. Please post your thoughts or comments regarding the content of these letters here.

Cool. Really, really cool. We will help. First person to the court house please report back how the testimony is listed. Is it in numerous seperate files or one large file. If it is in one big file, everyone agree to copy 25 page units. If it is in smaller units, state what the units are and we will go copy these.

Dude YOu posted in the wrong area.
This is about the guy hiring his neighbors to be expert witnesses and a university that is teaching ethics and a philosophy and criminal justice professor that are the universities lawyers not saying anything. Get it? This is the hypocracy section, not the how to run a blog part.
So the guy asks his neighbors to write letters as experts? Nice that they all live in an expert neighborhood in colorado.
After UD gets done with this case will we get long world view talks about how ethics is lived? Should be great.
At least in the medical field, "expert" witnesses must show qualifications in terms of training and experience. In this case, the individual being paid a huge amount of money to provide testimony is qualified mainly by his work in developing the model for eliminating senior faculty that was used by UD in the Transformation plan of 1999.
