Will some member of my student government please ask for a listing of the moeny spent on this trial? My tuition is being spent on show off lawyers and stupid motions.

This is a good question that some student needs to ask. Why am I paying money to attend a school that is using the money to hire fools to write such evil things about Paul? Would anyone, including Bullock or Brad defend this?

Will someone please write either a signed or anonymous post providing an ethical arguement defending what the university has done?

calvin,
you are still around? I assumed you left. Now I have to start rethinking who your alter ego is. Unless you are no longer at UD.

In the document by which the University's lawyers seek to exclude evidence from the trial, Paragraph seven states that a 'payback clause' in the contract is no longer an issue. Is this a reference to the "silence clause" in UD faculty contracts, and has that clause been removed? If so, a tremendous improvement for faculty has been achieved!

The keep one's mouth shut clause remains in tact...at least it is present in my contract.

I cannot sign this comment lest I jepordize me employment status.

Jon Erickson is the newly "appointed" President of SGA. Go ahead and e-mail him.
